The painting Challenge 2022

Right! This goes all the way back to 2015.

Time to try and get this started again. I pretty much painted nothing last year and need some motivation. A bit more time in the day would be helpful too though due to all my other commitments!

This year my goal is to get back to some armies and finish them off before I start any major new projects. First off I'm taking some advice I saw online about the best way to finish painting all your models. Stop buying new ones! Therefore this year I've a self enforced (partial) buying embargo in place. Will have to see how long that lasts though :-)

Team Yankee Americans in Merdc scheme

This is something I've only recently gotten in to, and am most of the way through painting my limited American force. The Merdc camo has been a bit of a pain, but has been worth it! Lovely miniatures to paint.

Flames of War painted allies

A selection of images of my Flames of War allies. I recently got back into this, after a gap of over 10 years and have been thoroughly enjoying painting the miniatures!

Team Yankee British vs Soviet 100pt

After a long time away from this I thought I'd post a recent battle report from our British vs Soviet Team Yankee game!

Last night saw Aarons British take on...well...Aarons Russians (played by me!). Mission was dust-up. table quarter deployment with meeting engagement and delayed reseves.
